First PhD at LernMINT

Tai Le Quy is the first fellow to be completed a doctorate in the MWK Research Training Group. On the 16th He successfully defended his dissertation “Fairness-aware Machine Learning in Educational Data Mining”. The supervisors and experts were Prof. Dr. Eirini Ntoutsi (Bundeswehr University of Munich) and Prof. Dr. Gunnar Friege (LUH); the chair of the proceedings was Prof. Dr. J. Krugel (LUH).
